Meat Mafia Charity BBQ

The legendary Meat Mafia returns with the Meridian charity BBQ! For those that don’t know, this is a group of dedicated men in the neighborhood who stay up all night to grill delicious BBQ and serve it up to residents all in the name of charity. This event started in 2017 when Hurricane Harvey devastated the Houston area and continues to be a yearly tradition with 100% of proceeds benefitting a local charity. This year’s benefactor is the Central Texas Food bank. A suggested donation is $20 per adult plate, less for children, food servings are biscuits, pork, chicken, sausage, and hot dogs, please bring a side dish or dessert to share. So come out and meet your neighbors and bring some friends. Enjoy music, food, complimentary beverages, games, and the pool for an afternoon of fun for a good cause.
