Hello Meridian. The Meridian Meat Mafia will be hosting another BBQ Charity Fundraiser, this Labor Day, September 7th. This years event will benefit the Central Texas Food Bank ( https://www.centraltexasfoodbank.org/front ). Because of the pandemic, this event will be different than past years. Food will all be curbside at the pavilion, for pick-up/to-go ONLY. Details are below. I know this will be a different event, and won’t include the usual festivities, but we still want to try and give back while doing something for the community as well. Information, including ways to donate, are below.

Plates include: Choice of (2) meets (Brisket, Pulled Pork, Sausage and Chicken), Potato salad, Beans, pickles & onion
Instructions: This will be similar to any food truck/take-out/curbside food order. Food is to-go only. Sign up for a time slot at the SignUpGenius page. Arrive at the Pavillion. Food will be in disposable to-go containers. You must wear a mask when you come to pick up your food. Meat Mafia will all be wearing masks, gloves and following all CDC guidelines.
We promise the food will be delicious. We know it’s not the same as our normal event, but we hope it’s still fun and we can make a positive impact during this time. Thanks for all the support that you have all shown over the years for these charities. You all are awesome!!!
