Dear Meridian Owners:

Pursuant to Article III, Section 3.3 of the Bylaws of Bear lake PUD Homeowner’s Association, Inc. A.K.A Meridian Homeowners Association, you are hereby given notice that the Annual Meeting of the membership will be held in the cafeteria at Baldwin Elementary School, 12200 Meridian Park Blvd., Austin, TX 78739. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. (sign-in will begin at 6:00 p.m.) on Tuesday, May 14, 2019.

If you cannot attend in person, please fill out and return the proxy designating another owner to represent you at the meeting, if you do not fill out another owner, the proxy will designate the current Secretary of the Board as your proxy. If you are present at the meeting, you may withdraw the proxy and vote in person. There is one vote per unit/lot/home. You may assign your proxy to any other qualified voting member expected to be at the meeting.

The following is the tentative agenda for the meeting:

  1. Call to Order
  2. Establish a quorum
  3. Prior Annual meeting minutes approval
  4. Financial Report
  5. Board Report
  6. Board Elections
  7. Old Business
  8. New Business
  9. Adjourn

CANDIDATE FOR BOARD OF DIRECTOR POSITIONS

This is notice pursuant to state law that owners in Meridian Homeowners Association wishing to run for the Board and appear on the director election ballot must submit their request to the Association.

Owners must email their name along with a request to be on the director election ballot to Aaron Weinkrantz, Property Manager, Goodwin Management, Inc. at MERmanager@goodwintx.com

All Requests to be placed on the Ballot must be received by May 6, 2019
