- On the morning of October 31, the roads adjacent to Baldwin Elementary will be closed from approximately 8am until 9am for a school parade. Both Pavilion parking lot gates will be open and Meridian Park Blvd traffic will be rerouted through there. Getting to and from the back of the neighborhood will take longer than usual, so please plan accordingly.
